Document: Editorial policy for waterdamagerestorationapachejunctionaz.com · Last updated: October 28, 2026
This page explains who creates the content on this website, how it is researched and checked, and what we will not publish. It applies to every service page, service area page, guide and glossary entry on the site.
Who is responsible for the content
This website is owned and operated by Anjam Javed, doing business as Reestorian. The site owner is responsible for what is published here and for correcting mistakes.
What the content is for
Our pages are written to help people in Apache Junction and the East Valley understand water damage: what to do first, how drying and mold cleanup work, what affects cost, and how insurance usually treats different types of loss. The content is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance, medical or safety advice for your situation.
How we research and write
- Primary sources first. We rely on government agencies and published standards, such as the U.S. EPA, FEMA, the CDC, the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, county flood control districts and the ANSI/IICRC S500 water damage standard.
- Local detail. Service area pages are researched one at a time, using public information about zip codes, landmarks, housing and local weather risks such as the monsoon.
- Plain language. We aim for short sentences and define technical terms, often with a link to our water damage glossary.
- Writing tools. Some drafts are prepared with the help of AI writing tools. Content is checked against the sources listed and edited before it is published.
Sources and fact-checking
Service pages end with a Sources section that links to the primary sources used. Facts such as laws, deadlines, coverage rules and health guidance are checked against those sources before publishing. When sources disagree or details depend on your policy or property, we say so instead of guessing.
What we do not publish
- Fake reviews, ratings or testimonials
- Credentials, licenses, awards or years in business that cannot be verified
- Invented prices or statistics
- Promises about arrival times or results
Referral disclosure
Reestorian is a referral service. Calls may be connected to independent local providers, and Reestorian may be compensated when calls are connected. Providers do not pay to change what our guides say. Read the full referral disclosure.
Reviews and updates
Each service page shows the date it was last reviewed. We review pages when laws, guidance or our sources change, and we update the date when we do.
Reporting an error
If you find a mistake or something that is out of date, call (928) 394-5135 and tell us which page and what needs fixing. We will review it and correct the page if needed.
